Troubleshooting
Problem, DHE Connect only
Cause
Remedy
The network connection could not be estab-
lished.
Check your access credentials. Establish a new connection from the pro-
gramming unit to the router if necessary.
When setting up WLAN access, incorrect ac-
cess credentials were entered.
Check the access credentials.
Your router does not allow connections,
for example due to an enabled MAC filter.
Check your router configuration. Contact the router manufacturer if nec-
essary.
The stream is interrupted for a few sec-
onds or completely.
The range of the Bluetooth
®
connection is
too small.
Bring the Bluetooth
®
loudspeaker closer to the instantaneous water heat-
er.
The WLAN reception is too weak.
Check the strength of the WLAN reception. Use a repeater to improve sig-
nal strength if necessary.

After a power failure
The programming unit displays and the selected settings
are retained following a power failure.
If you cannot remedy the fault, contact your qualified contractor.
