Material losses
Observe the maximum load bearing capacity of the
support (see chapter „Specification / Data table“).

Ensure that the wall structure is able to bear the weight
force exerted by the external unit plus wall mounting
support.

Select suitable screws and rawl plugs to secure the system
rails on the wall.

For the following installation steps observe the requi-
red clearance dimensions.
For information, see the operating and installation in-
structions of the external unit (chapter „Dimensions
and connections“).
Note
To prevent disturbance due to structure-borne noise
transmission, never install the wall mounting bracket
on the external walls of living areas or bedrooms.

Install the wall mounting bracket, for example, on
a garage wall.

f
Mark out the positions of the holes to be drilled on the
wall; for this, hold the system rails against the wall at the
required installation height.

Material losses
Ensure that no cables/water pipes are damaged th-
rough drilling the holes.
4. Mounting
4.1 Wall mounting support

Insert the screws through the washers (10 mm diameter)
into the rail supports.

Counter the screws with the slide nuts. Secure the slide
nuts lightly.

Set the rail supports onto the system rails.

Guide the rail supports to the top end of the system rails.
For this, hold the rail supports against the open side of the
system rails.

Slide the rail supports over the system rails by inserting
the slide nuts into the system rails.

Ensure that the slide nuts are across the system rails.
f
f
Pull the rail supports along the system rails to the requi-
red height.
f
f
Tighten the screws by hand.
