Smart protection system
When the protection system is active, the amplifier will turn off and the
PROT LED (RED
)
will light up. Turn off the amplifier to correct the indicated fault and turn it on again.
Diagnostic: Short circuit or output overload.
Solution: Check that the speaker cables are well insulated and that the output impedan-
ce doesn’t exceed that supported by the amplifier.

POWER (Blue LED):
Indicates the amplifier is operating when lit.
PROT (Red LED):
Indicates that the amplifier
detected faults and entered protection mode.
Check the possible failure and turn the amplifier
back on.
