CUSTOMER SERVICE
If the new lamp base does not fit in lamp holder, follow the step below before Step C. NOTE-Be careful when exchanging the lamp base on the
new lamp with the old one or the LED wires may break if leads are bent too many times.
1. Remove the base of burned out LED lamp by carefully straightening lamp leads and gently pull lamp out.
2. Thread leads of new LED lamp through holes in old base with one lead in each hole.
3. After lamp is fully inserted into base, bend each lead up, like other LED lamps in the light set so that the leads will touch the contacts inside
the lamp holder. NOTE - To avoid damage to the set: Do not deliberately change the direction of the LED lamp in the lamp holder.
4. USE only the included spare LED bulbs for replacements, and only replace with the same color bulbs.
5. Do not switch the order of the colors of the bulbs or interchange bulbs from different sets.
Troubleshooting Tips
• If all lights are out, make sure there is power to the outlet or extension cord by plugging another product into that outlet, and make sure if the
outlet is controlled by a switch or timer that it is turned on. If connected to an outlet protected by a GFCI, reset the GFCI outlet or breaker.
• If one bulb is not functioning, replace it with one of the spare bulbs provided.
• If part of the lights are not functioning (example if half of the bulbs are not lighting), make sure all bulbs in that section are fully inserted.
Starting at one end, replace a non-working bulb with one of the spare and keep repeating with the spare bulb in each unlit socket until entire
set lights.
• Make sure wires are in position to make contact with brass contacts inside lamp holder.
Connecting Sets End to End:
CAUTION:
This string is rated 2.4 watts, do not overload. Connect other Lighting Strings or decorative outfits end-to-end up to a maximum of 216 Watts total.
If connecting to a lighting string that does not have a wattage (W) rating (found on the tag within 6 inches of the plug), Calculate the wattage(W)
as follows:
Multiply the current(A) which is on the flag type label located within 6 inches of the plug, by 120.
For example, string is rated 120V, 60Hz, 0.02Amps,
0.02x120=2.4 Watts
Add the wattage of each light string together for a total of 216 Watts or less. (Do not exceed 216 Watts.)
