Safety Notes and Using
It is not allowed to use the LED work light in vehicles in road traffic. If the work light is used in
road traffic the operating license will expire.
Only qualified personnel are allowed to work on electrical systems in vehicles. For installing the LED
work light observe the regulations and safety instructions.
Do not modify the LED work light in any way.
Do not stare into the light beam. Do not use devices which can strongly focus light for viewing the
light beam.
If you have to drill holes into the vehicle structure for mounting the LED work light, make sure not to
damage the surface of the vehicle (e. g. corrosion). Make sure not to damage cables or supporting
parts.
Tighten all screws after adjustment and frequently inspect the unit to make sure that it is securely
attached.
Do not expose the LED work light to oil, grease, dust/dirt, extreme temperatures, strong vibrations and
mechanical stress.
Do not continue to use the work light if the unit becomes damaged. Repair work must be done
by a qualified service technician.
Do not lead the power cord around sharp corners or over hot surfaces.
To avoid danger of fire and personal injuries, operate the work light only with the protective cover
in place and replace a broken cover immediately.
Mounting and Connection
Attention: Only qualified personnel are allowed to work on electrical systems in vehicles. For installing
the LED work light observe the regulations and safety instructions.
For mounting the LED work light on the vehicle, use the included bolts, screws and nuts.
For fix mounting use the included bolts and nut or other bolts or screw that are suitable for the
ground.
In road transport always switch off the work light.
1. Connect the cable core (marked with minus) of the LED work light to the minus pole or to the chassis.
2. Finally connect the cable core (marked with plus) to the plus pole.
Hint: When using a switch, make sure the switch is equipped with at least 1.5 A fuse
Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the LED work light frequently to maintain full brightness. Do not clean the housing of the work
light with high pressure cleaners!
Do not clean the unit with aggressive detergents but rather use a dry or lightly moistened cloth to
clean the unit.
