ASSEMBLY
The switch can be mounted in a standard frame of 19” (48,26cm). Attach
the mounting brackets at the switch’s front panel, and secure them with the
screws.
NETWORK CONNECTION
* PC to switch
A PC can be connected to the switch via two-pair category 3,4,5 UTP/STP
straight cable. The PC (equipped with a RJ45 10/100Mbps jack) should be
connected to any of the Switch ports.
* Hub to Switch
A hub (10 or 100Base-TX) can be connected to the switch via two-pair
category 3, 4, 5 UTP/STP cable. The connection is accomplished from the
hub uplink (MDI-II) port to any port of the switch (MDI-X) ports.
* Switch to Switch
A switch (10/100Base-TX) can be connected to the switch via a Cat. 5
cable. The connection is accomplish from any port of a switch to any other
port of the switch.

MONTAJE
El switch puede ser montado en un bastidor estándar EIA de 19”
(48,26cm). Coloque las ménsulas a los lados del switch y asegúrelo
apretando los tornillos.
CONEXIÓN A LA RED
* Switch a PC
Una PC puede ser conectada al switch por medio de cables categoría
3,4,5 UTP/STP con conectores RJ45. La PC (equipada con un jack RJ45
10/100Mbps) puede ser conectada a cualquiera de los puertos del switch.
* Concentrador a Switch
Un concentrador (10 o 100Base-TX) puede ser conectado al switch por
medio de cables categoría 3, 4, 5 UTP/STP con conectores RJ45. La
conexión es realizada de un puerto del concentrador (MDI-II) a cualquier
puerto del switch (MDI-X).
* Switch a Switch
Un switch (10/100Base-TX) puede ser conectado a un switch vía un cable
de categoría 5. La conexión es realizada desde cualquier puerto del
switch a cualquier puerto del otro switch.
