WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from
the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented when
warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.
4. Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries, failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by
unauthorized personnel, improper safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase ticket.

20 kg.
• Improper installation of the product
may cause damage or serious injury.
Check the support periodically to check
for missing parts or that they are not

• During assembly, use only the parts supplied
and attach them firmly.

Install all parts as directed.

Choose a straight wall to fix the display
securely.
During installation, leave at least
15cm free around the screen.
• If you don´t leave enough space, the
display could overheat, which can cause
fire or damage to the unit.
This bracket is very light and resistant for LCD / LED screens between 10 and 30” with weights
no more than 20 kg, you can spin it up, down, left and right, slightly to get a better location.
It includes all necesary tools to assemble and install it.

I N S T A L L A T I O N
1. Choose where you want to install
the screen. Consider space for tilt and
screen dimensions in order to have free
movement. The support must be fixed
on a wall or solid wall.
2. Place the bracket on the wall and use a
pencil or marker tomark five holes. Be sure to
use a level drop for best alignment.
3. Drill holes, then insert the anchors.
When making holes, be careful that
there are no hidden pipes with electrical
wiring, gas or water.
4. Enter the hex screws into the anchors
and screw using a wrench. Let the screws
over hang to place bracket, later.
5. According to the dimensions of your
screen, choose four screws to install it.
6. Place the bracket plate on the back
of the screen.
7. Insert four screws into the holes of
the plate and use a Phillips screwdriver
to tighten.
8. Using a spanish 1/2 “wrench, slightly
loosen the set screw to put the base
in an upright position; again use the
wrench to tighten.
9. Take the screen from the sides and lift
carefully to ensure that the screws on the
wall fit into the holes in the housing base.
10. After mounting bracket, tighten all
the screws with a wrench.
11. Remove the screw caps and loosen
support and use Hex key.
Finally adjust the viewing angle and
tighten the screws of tilt and support.
