Troubleshooting
The safety box can not be
opened
• Make sure you entered the correct security
code.
• After entering a code, press * or # to confirm.
• If the safety box is blockaged, wait until the
blockage period expires or use the
emergency key.
• Open the safety box with the emergency key,
check the batteries and replace them if they
are no longer charging.
The door does not close
• Enter the code or use the emergency key to
activate the opening system and turn the knob
on clockwise.
• Be sure to turn the knob after closing the
door.
