manual to prevent any damage. Put it away in a safe place for future
references.
FEATURES
The wireless audio FM transmitter has a 3,5mm stereo male connector to
receive the signal from the audio source, includes an RCA adaptor to 3,5mm
jack.
It modulates in 14 FM radio stations on the following bands:
87.7 – 88.96MHz for 7 channels.
106.7 – 107.9MHz for next 7 channels.
The frequencies are selected by a switch (in a side of the FMT-500).
It includes an ON / OFF button and a light indicator (LED).
It requires two AAA batteries to power (batteries not included).
BATTERY INSTALLATION
1.- Open the battery compartment. Install the batteries.
2.- Make sure to place the batteries with the right orientation.
3.- Replace the cover again.
OPERATION
1.- Select the frequency where you want to listen the music, the same frequency
must be selected on the stereo system.
2.- Connect the 3,5mm connector to the portable audio player (CD, iPod, MP3,
walkman, etc). It is possible that you need to use the RCA adapter.
3.- Turn on the wireless audio FM transmitter and the stereo system where you
connect the transmitter.
4.- Play a song in the portable player.
In case you hear interference or noise while playing music, please change
the frequency.
SELECTING FREQUENCIES
To choose a frequency, it is necessary to adjust the switches located at the right
and left sides of the transmitter.
The switch on the left allows you to select the frequency range, if you move it to
the left you will select frequencies from 106.7 to 107.9; if you move the switch to
the right, the range of frequencies will be from 87.7 to 88.9.
On the right side of the transmitter you will fi nd three DIP switches, with them you
can select a specifi c frequency. Please, refers to next table for more information:

WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in
workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date
of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1.- This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase
ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented when
warranty service is required.
2.- If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free of
charge.
3.- The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim
was received.
4.- Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accesories to costumer, as
well as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky
batteries, failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by unauthorized
personnel, improper safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase
establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or
purchase ticket.
