Solution
Connections could be not correct, please check twice
Check the power adapter is correctly plugged into the outlet
Be sure to select the correct source
Use AUTO SCAN function to search the available TV channels into an
area
Check the audio connections
Remember, you must bridge the converter and the PC with an audio
cable
Aim the remote control to the IR window in the converter within 6 metres
Check the batteries, if it is necessary, please change them for 2 new AAA
batteries
