TROUBLESHOOTING
Can’t establish Wi-Fi connection (only BAF-1589 / Wi-Fi)
• Be sure that the speaker box and the mobile device are connected in the same
network.
• Enter the same password of the network where is your device is connected.
• The network has a password with WPA pretection.
• Review the next features in the modem; could be limiting the connection:
a) The modem is confi gured to static IP addressing.
b) You have a restricted MAC address, only a special address can connect to him.
c) The modem don’t allow the info transfer by ICMP protocol network, the addition and
the device search depends of IGMP, this cause that the device is not available.
• Check that the distance between the modem and the speaker box don’t exceed 15m.
• According with the type of connection that you choose, avoid the interference between
the speaker box and the modem or between the speaker box and your mobile device.
Can’t play audio fi les from USB or SD card (only BAF-1589 / Wi-Fi)
• Be sure that the memory contains audio fi les in MP3 format.
• Verify that the memory is not damaged.
