1.6 Getting Connected
1. The app can now connect to your smartwatch
via bluetooth.
2. Make sure bluetooth is turned on.
3. Apple IOS: Click "device" in the "home" screen,
Android: Continue with step 4,
4. Press "search",
5. Select your smartwatch by pressing
"connection".
6. The device is now connected.
1.7 Problems connecting or synchronizing?
1. Make sure the smartwatch is not connected to
another device
2. Keep a short distance between your device and
the smartwatch.
3. Make sure your bluetooth is turned on.
4. Check if the app has permissions permissions
on your device.
1.8 Synchronizing
- To manually sync your device, open the app and
drag the screen down from the "home" screen.
The device will synchronize and you will see the
synchronization status appear at the top of the
screen.
