Chapter 3 - Troubleshooting

This chapter will list a number of potential problems that may occur while operating the crane.

Most problems are easily solved using the solutions portion of this chapter. If problems persist,

please contact Customer Service at Stellar Industries 1-800-321-3741.

Prior to troubleshooting:
Always make sure the parking brake is engaged and the PTO is engaged (if equipped).

To determine if there is an electrical or hydraulic problem, first try to operate the crane
manually (See Manual Operation at end of this chapter). If the crane operates, there will be
an electrical problem to trace. If the crane does not operate using the manual overrides,
there is a problem within the hydraulic circuit.
