1.
Lay table upside down on a clean, scratch
resistant surface.
2.
Orient wood or plastic block leg to underside
of table as shown.
3.
Insert pin on bottom of block into mounting
hole 1 (see template). Insert supplied screw
into block leg and into mounting hole 2 (see
template). Tighten screw with screwdriver.
4.
Install glide into block leg as shown and
thread glide completely into block.
5.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for remaining block
legs.

1.
Lay table upside down on a clean, scratch
resistant surface.
2.
Align aluminum leg, glide, or round wood leg
with mounting hole 1 (see template). Thread
glide or round wood leg completely into table
by hand or thread aluminum leg completely
into table using 5/32” allen wrench.
3.
Repeat step 2 for remaining legs or glides.
