Removing and Relocation Drawer
Suspensions, Bumpers and Lock
Bar Stops
1.
Remove file drawer cradle suspension after file
drawer has been removed. Refer to Page 2 of these
Directions. Pull the cradle all the way out until the
bumper makes contact with suspension. Next, lift up
on front of cradle. Pull the rest of the way out.
To re-install reverse this Step.
2.
Remove case channel and cradle suspension
by removing (2) screws. Next, lift up and pull out
case channel or suspension. To re-install refer to
Pages 7 and 8 of these directions then reverse this
Step.
3.
Remove bumpers by removing screws. Pull
bumper retainer and bumper from slots and relocate.
Replace screws and tighten.
4.
Remove and relocate lock stop. Place a flat
bladed screwdriver into notch of lock stop and turn to
the right.
5.
Review Pages 5 & 6 of these Directions to
determine where to relocate the lock stop on the lock
bar. Insert lock stop into lock bar and tap into place
with a small hammer until it snaps into place.
NOTE: If you have a one-piece lock bar, refer to
pages 5 & 6 for alternate pedestal configurations
lock bar will work in. If configuration requires a
different lock bar, it can be ordered through
customer service.
