Position top front mount bracket and bottom front

mount bracket, as shown, onto the chair frame front bar

with 1/4-20 x 1/2" button head cap screw and install

loosely (4a). Repeat for the opposite side. Slide front

mount brackets under the front bracket (4b) and install

1/4-20 x 3" hex bolt, spring & two (2) washers as shown

(4c). Tighten 1/4-20 x 1/2" button head cap screw after

adjusting position. Repeat for the opposite side. Make

sure top & bottom brackets & button head cap screws,

that were installed in step 1, are tightened securely.

Slide out tray (5a) and press in the direction of the

arrow (5b). To ensure quiet operation, make sure hex

bolts are tightened securely.
