Pneumatic cylinder adjustment
directions
a. If chair rises by itself, sinks
with an occupent or does not
raise and lower when seat
height lever is lifted, the
cylinder adjustment screw may
not be in the correct
adjustment.
b. Place the seat at its lowest
position.
c. If the chair self-rises, turn the
adjustment screw counter-
clockwise until the chair does
not rise. Otherwise, turn
the adjustment screw clock-
wise until the chair begins to
self-rise.
d. Turn the adjustment screw
counter-clockwise
(approximately half of a turn or
more).
e. Return the seat to the lowest
position.
f. Slowly activate the handle.
The chair should begin to rise
at approximately half of the
stroke on the handle.

Reassemble chair by performing
steps 1 thru 7 in reverse order.
