Installation

Loosen the handle (A) of the seat back mount by turning it counterclockwise
and insert the headrest hardware shaft into the square receptacle.

A

B

If the shaft is too high or too low,
the stop collar (B) requires re-
positioning. Loosen it with the
M2 Hex Key and adjust the stop
collar to the desired position.
Tighten the set screw with the
M2 Hex Key to secure the stop
collar in position.

When the stop collar is in the
proper position and the shaft is
inserted fully into the seat back
mount, tighten handle (A) by
turning it clockwise until the
shaft is secure in the mount.

Making Adjustments

The

UniLink Headrest Hardware

can be

adjusted in three planes: depth, height and
angle.

To adjust one of these planes,

loosen any of the three M5 screws using an
M4 Hex Key. Change the orientation of the
link and re-tighten the screw until snug.

To adjust depth, height, or
angle of the headrest, loosen
these three screws and re-
tighten them when the proper
location is reached.

CAUTION

Care should be taken when tightening fasteners. Over-tightening of

screws may lead to stripped threads and component failure.
