Important Safety Precautions
Note : READ all the safety instructions and other sections of this document before switching
the Robotic Sterilizer “ON”
1.
This device has to be used by properly trained adults for operation. Untrained personnel
shall not handle this device at all.
2.
Do not operate on uneven surfaces like, stairs, or slopes, etc.
3.
Do not enter the sterilization chamber while the UV Lamps are in “ON” condition.
4.
This device operates on single phase 230 Volts power supply. Therefore, do not connect
this device to higher voltages.
5.
This device performs well while all the lights are switched off.
6.
Do not use any kinds of fluids, oils, or grease for lubricating any part of the Robotic
Sterilizer.
7.
Keep the kids/infants/pets away from the device and the sterilization room. We (the
manufacturer or Seller) is not responsible for the losses or damage that occurs due to
improper handling of the device.
8.
Do not touch the surface of the UV Lamps due to the fragility of the Lamp Glass. The
glass can crack or leave the finger prints on the glass surface.
9.
Do not attempt to open the parts of the Robotic Sterilizer. Warranty will be void and it
can cause more damage to the unit externally as well as internally.
10.
Operate the control switches of the R C Transmitter smoothly & safely to avoid any
damage. That also ensures smooth motion of the Robotic Sterilizer.
11.
Do not look into the UV-Lamp light directly or indirectly. It is a bio hazard and can cause
loss of eye sight. It is also dangerous if the light is exposed to the skin. So do not enter
the sterilization room.
12.
Keep the device away from humidity and water. To avoid electric shocks and sparks &
internal component failure.
13.
The RC Transmitter circuit runs on 4 nos AAA batteries. To replace the battery of the RC
Transmitter, turn it over, press and remove the battery cover. Now remove the old
batteries. Place the new non-rechargeable AAA batteries with the correct polarity. Re-
assemble the cover.
14.
Before and during the usage of the robotic sterilizer
–
you must note down the start
time, and ensure that the sterilization work has to be completed before the draining
time of the battery backup. (45 mins)
