Use a Z-Bender pliers for
the aileron rod.
cut the rod 10mm be-
hind the Z- bend.
Install the z-Bend in the
outermost hole of the ser-
vo horn. Enlarge the hole
if needed. connect the
clevis to the rudder horn.
Adjust the clevis so the
aileron is centered when
the servo is centered
using the radio system.
Tighten the nut against
the clevis and use some
threadlock.
Use hobby scissors to trim
the aileron servo cover.
dont use the markings as
these will not fix. You have
to measure the correct
dimension.
The cover is attached to the
wing using clear tape or
thin cA.
