VARIABLE SPEED (mpm):
The Band Saw S1005 has a single blade cutting speed, measured in m/
min (meters per minute). To maintain constant cutting process and insur-
ance, should NOT be exercised excessive pressure Band Saw Blade on the
material to be cutting.
WARNING: USE variable speed feature only for a short period of time.
DO NOT OPERATE the machine continuously at different speeds. This can
damage the Trigger Switch.
CAUTION:
PRESS the Trigger Switch only when the adjust-
able Shoe Plate is fi rmly positioned on the mate-
rial to be cut. Risk of accidents!
BAND SAW BLADE INSTALLATION:
1. REMOVE the Battery from machine;
2. REMOVE The Side Handle;
3. REMOVE the Back Cover;
4. TURN the Lever (Tensioning of the Blade) 180°clockwise (fi gure 04A);
5. CERTIFY that the teeth are in the correct cutting direction. The teeth
should cut back, as fi gure 04B;
6. POSITION the Blade around the Driven Flywheel (fi gure 05C);
