IF SEARCHING:
1.
Open and close the hearing aid battery doors and wait for BOTH hearing aids to appear on the
screen in black.
2.
Press on the hearing aids icon appearing on the phone screen which should now give you a “Pair
Request” message.
3.
If pairing TWO hearing aids, you must push the PAIR request twice; once for the right hearing
aid and once for the left hearing aid.
