General use and safety regulations:
• Maximum load must not be exceeded.
• Place the load centrally on the lifting beam.
• Check for any damage to the wire before use.
• Check for any damage to the castor.
• Use the necessary safety equipment.
• Check the winch according to separate instructions for use.
• Under no circumstances may the lift be driven with a raised load.
• In order to avoid pinning in connection to winching the plastic coated handle should be held.
• When winching down, make sure that the trolley follows smoothly down and does not catch and fall.
General maintenance and care instructions:
• All mobile parts must be greased once a month.
N.B.! there are special greasing and care instructions for the winch, see separatet instructions for use.
• Check all mobile part as well as welding joints, wheels and other material at least once a year.
• Remove any outer rust and coat with anti-corrosive paint..
• Replace worn parts.
