This is a function which enable you to call only emergency numbers.

Select “No Restriction” ,” Restriction” or “Emergency
only ” using
[NEXT] or Volume
button and press
[OK]

Below 4.4.5.2 and 4.4.5.3 function can be used when the Restrict set is set to
“Restriction”.
4.4.5.2 Permit memory
You can call it if the phone numbers saved in permit edit though they were saved in deny
edit. You can save 10 permit phone numbers.
