Serial ATA Port 0 

Port0: Enable or Disable SATA port 
Hot Plug: Designates this port as Hot Pluggable. 
External SATA: External SATA Support. 
SATA Device Type: Identify the SATA port is connected to Solid State Drive or Hard Disk Drive. 
Spin Up Device: On an edge detect from 0 to 1, the PCH starts a COMRESET initialization sequence to 
the device.
