RUBBER STOPPER

To attach the rubber stoppers to the bracket located on the bottom of 
the tank; 

1. Undo the nut and remove the washers.
2. Push through the bracket and replace the washer.
3. Tighten the nut, Pic. 5.

WHEELS

1. Insert a bolt through the wheel.
2. Push through the tank wheel bracket.
3. Tighten the nut, Pic. 6.

HANDLE

1. Loosen bolts in tubes welded to the tank.
2. Push handle into tubes welded on the tank.
3. Tighten the bolts to hold handle in place, Pic. 7.
