TIME OFFSET
Sets the time difference between local time and UTC. Time is displayed
when position (LAT/LON) is displayed by pressing the POS key.
1. Select TIME SET in the SETUP menu with the
UP or DOWN key.
2. Press the CALL/SET key.
The time offset menu appears.
3. Press the UP or DOWN key to select time offset
from UTC.
See Figure 4 to find your offset time from UTC.
If 00:00 is assigned, the time is the same as
UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) or GMT
(Greenwich Mean Time)
4. Press the CALL/SET key to store the time offset.
The LCD will return to the SETUP menu.
