NOTE:
Do not tighten any bolts until STEP 4.
STEP 1
NOTE:
CONNECTING BAR(5)
is the one without holes in its middle section.
The
HANDRAILS(6)
have the
FOAM GRIPS(9)
attached to them.
Insert the
HANDRAILS(6)
into the
CONNECTING BAR(5)
and secure with
BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x30mm)(12), LOCK WASHERS(M6)(10),
and
ACORN NUTS(M6x1)(11).
STEP 2:
Insert the
HANDRAILS(6)
into the
PIVOT SUPPORTS(2)
and secure
with
BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x40mm)(14), LOCK WASHERS(M6)(10),
and
ACORN NUTS(M6x1)(11).
STEP 3:
Slide a
FOAM PAD(8)
onto each end of the
CONNECTING BAR(4),
but don’t cover the screw holes on either end. Insert the
HEADREST
SUPPORTS(3)
into the
CONNECTING BAR(4)
and secure with
BUTTON
HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x30mm)(12), LOCK WASHERS(M6)(10),
and
ACORN
NUTS(M6x1)(11).
STEP 4:
Insert the
HEADREST SUPPORTS(3)
into the
PIVOT SUPPORTS(2)
and secure with
BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x40mm)(14), LOCK
WASHERS(M6)(10),
and
ACORN NUTS(M6x1)(11).
Tighten all bolts from
STEP 1 to STEP 4.
