ATTENTION!!! You should perform the process of burner "burning out" during the first use.
Proceed as follows:
- set the temperature knob to 300 ° C -reaching this temperature will cause the signal light to
switch off,
-after that wait for 15 minutes and then you can proceed cooking.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTANANCE
Before any cleaning and maintenance ensure the appliance is cool and the gas supply is shut off.
Daily maintenance involves removing all pots from the appliance and washing stainless steel surfaces
with hot water and detergent then drying and polishing with a soft cloth. Cleaning agents containing
bleach, abrasives or caustic chemicals will damage or stain the stainless steel surfaces and must not
be used.
Burners also should be cleaned daily after finishing work, to maintain maximum performance. Make
sure the burner parts are correctly positioned after cleaning. Burner parts must be dry. Water
molecules can stop the gas flow and cause improper burning.
Once a month check the correct operation of all operational elements (burners, control knobs, flame
safety devices).
Every gas powered appliance must be serviced by an authorized Service Engineer . He should pay
particular attention to:
• condition of the heating elements
• condition of safety devices
