STRATUS SYSTEMS CONSOLE
The Fat Burner program (Figure 5) is a 60 interval workout designed for
people just starting a weight control program. The Fat Burner Plus program
(Figure 6) is similar but has 90 intervals. It is meant for the longer workouts you
will need as your fitness level increases.
