Equipment protection by intrinsic safety
The vibration transducer supply unit Type 9147 is an associated apparatus according
to IEC/EN 60079-11 and a non-incendive component according to IEC/EN 60079-15.
The electric circuits designed with the degree of protection "intrinsic safety"
are galvanically separated from the non-intrinsically safe signal circuits and from
the auxiliary power source.
