Thank you for selecting the new Stages
®
Solo indoor
cycling bike. Cycling is an effective exercise for in-
creasing cardiovascular fitness, building endurance,
and toning the body. The Stages Solo indoor cycling
bike provides a selection of features designed to make
your workouts more effective and enjoyable.
For your benefit, read this manual carefully before
you use the indoor cycling bike.
If you have questions after reading this manual, please
see the following page. To help us assist you, note the
product model number and serial number before con-
tacting us. The location of the serial number decal is
shown in the diagram on page 20.
Before reading further, please familiarize yourself with
the parts that are labeled in the diagram on page 20.
