Instructions for setting the ACW01 injector stroke
Note:
ACW01 injector rail stroke setting is not equivalent to factory calibration and a
performance guarantee for a new injector rail.
Required tools:
- calibrating device kit
- Allen key # 4
- power supply 12.5 – 13.5VDC 6A
2. Connect the power cable plug
to the injector.
1. Screw the calibrating device into the injector
rail nozzle; the pointer on the small scale
should be kept within the range of 2÷4 mm.
Otherwise, loosen the lock screw “1” and
adjust the position of the dial gauge “2”.
Relock the screw “1” and turn the holder
of the sensor “3” to set zero on the sensor
pointer.
3. Connect the cable to the power supply.
