number T5684-51-01. The transformer specification is as follows:

PCB details and layout
The layout of PCB is based on a one-sided FR4, with a 35 µm thickness. The total size of
the PCB is 41 x 58 mm, and the PCB space occupied by electronic circuitry is 33 x 45 mm.
