6.1. DIFFERENTIAL MODE 

 

DIFFERENTIAL  mode  is  designed  to  localize  the  source  of  the  detected  IR  signal. 

When the mode is turned on, the level of the detected signal is taken as "0" and the differential 
signal level is displayed on the level indicator 

(Fig.25, item 2)

. 

To turn on the DIFFERENTIAL mode, press the ENTER. The indicator color will turn purple.
