If the total weight exceeds the maximum capacity
of the scale, removed weight from the surface.

Memory will hold the last stored weight until it is
replaced with another stored weight. It will never
zero.
Memory will not store
Memory will not store weight if weight is less
than two (2) pounds or (0.9 kilograms)
