Please observe the following steps to remedy any appliance malfunction:
Problem
Solution
The operating button has been
pressed, but the signal light stays off
and the appliance does not start.
Check power cable and appliance plug.
Are they correctly connected to the
socket or are they damaged?
Check the general power supply to the
socket.
The overheating protection is possibly
blocking the start.
Did you allow the appliance to cool
down sufficiently after the previous
use and did you observe the
prescribed capacities?
The appliance is switched on and runs,
but no milk froth is produced.
Check if a stirring insert is inserted
into the milk container.
Make sure you are using the correct
stirring insert. To produce froth, the
ribbed insert must be placed into the
container.
Make sure that the stirring insert is
centred and fits snugly on the mag-
net holder at the bottom of the milk
container.
