1 Before using the burner for the first time
1.1 Introduction
For your own safety, read these instructions for use completely prior to initial use and pay particular attention to the
safety instructions.
Store the instructions for use for future users.
1.2 Liability
Spring International GmbH shall not be liable for any personal injury or material damage that can be attributed to
improper use as well as failure to observe the safety instructions.
2 Proper use
The burner may only be used by persons who are fit to operate it and are fully aware of and familiar with the scope
of the safety instructions specified in these instructions for use. Operation by children is not recommended. When
used in the food service industry, the burner's fuel paste may only be replenished by service personnel who have
been instructed in accordance with these instructions for use.
The burners are available in 2 models (see image found on the flap). They are used to cook and keep warm food
prepared in private households as well as the food service industry.
• Model No. 56 2326 68 10 with a short handle can be regulated.
Application: Fondue
• Model No. 56 0310 68 10 with a long handle cannot be regulated.
Application: Chafing Dishes, Eco Series.
The only fuel permitted is the fuel paste contained in the aluminium cup / goblet (see Operation). When exhausted
in the aluminium cup, the fuel paste can be replenished (see Accessories).
