When To Use It
Below are some recommendations as to when
to use the device.
• It is recommended that the case be carried
in hand in a potentially dangerous place or
situation (when walking alone, entering
buildings, hallways, elevators, parking lots,
etc), but the best protection is to avoid
potentially dangerous locations and situations.
• If you are in a situation where you feel unsafe,
you may want to remove the Safety Clip, and
possibly rotate the Actuator Knob to the fire
position—so you are ready to protect yourself.
Remember to put the safeties back into position
when you feel safe.
• You should try to escape from an attacker first,
and then be ready to use your pepper spray if
you have to.
• Try to escape in the opposite direction from
where you sprayed the pepper spray.
• Pepper spray can take a few seconds to
work. Pepper spray may not be effective
against armed attackers, or on enraged,
drugged, or intoxicated people.
• Pepper spray is not recommended for use by
people with respiratory ailments.
Tips/Notes
• Keep your finger off the trigger until you are
ready to shoot.
• For best results, spray from ear to ear across
the eyes of intended target.
• After spraying intended target, move
immediately to safety and call for help.
• The effective pressure within the aerosol
cartridge decreases over time, and the
cartridge will need to be replaced by the date
printed on the back of the cartridge.
• After spraying pepper spray, you should
remove your phone from the case and wash the
case, canister, and your hands in warm soapy
water to remove any pepper spray residue.
• Spraytect recommends that you replace the
Pepper Cartridge after each use, even if it was
only partially used.

LIMITed WARRANTy
This Spraytect LLC product is warranted against manufacturing
defects in material s and workmanship for a period of one year.
This warranty begins on the original date of purchase and is
val id onl y on products purchased and used in the United States.
Spraytect LLC wil l repair or repl ace any part found to be defective,
at our option and at no charge to you, during the warranty period.
This l imited warranty covers manufacturing defects in material s
and workmanship encountered in the normal operation and use
of the product in accordance with the encl osed instructions and
shal l not appl y to: appl ications and uses for which this product
was not intended; al tered products; accidents, abuse, negl ect,
fire, water; and fail ure to fol l ow operating instructions. There
are no express warranties other that those described above
and no warranties whether express or impl ied, incl uding,
but not l imited to, any impl ied warranties of merchantabil ity
or fitness for a particul ar purpose, shal l appl y after the express
warranty period stated above, and no other express warranty
given by any person, firm, or corporation with respect to this
product shal l be binding upon Spraytect LLC. Spraytect LLC shal l
not be l iabl e for any incidental or consequential damages caused
by the use, misuse or inabil ity to use this product, regardl ess
of the l egal theory on which the cl aim is based nor shal l any
recovery of any kind be greater in amount than the purchase
price of the product. Purchaser assumes al l risk and l iabil ity for
l oss, damage or injury to purchaser and others arising out of the
use, misuse or inabil ity to use this product not caused directl y by

LIMITATIONS
Impl ied warranties, incl uding those of fitness for a particul ar
purpose and merchantabil ity (an unwritten warranty that the
product is fit for ordinary use) are l imited to one year from the
date of purchase. Spraytect LLC wil l not pay for: any special ,
incidental or consequential damages (incl uding any tort actions),
any damages resul ting from the misuse or modification of the
product, any l oss of use or cl aimed property damage. Damages
are l imited to the purchase price of the product. Some states do
not al l ow l imitations on impl ied warranties or the excl usion of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above excl usions
and l imitations may not appl y to you. Other specific l egal rights
may vary from state to state. Spraytect LLC reserves the right to
