IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety instruc-
tions when using the crosstrainer: Read all instructions before using this equipment.
• Read all the instructions in this manual and do warm up exercises before using this equipment.
• It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the device are adequately informed of all
precautions. Use the exercise bike only as described in this manual.
• Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring the muscle, warm-up exercise of every position of the body is
necessary. After exercise, relaxation of the body is suggested for cool-down.
• Please make sure all parts are not damaged and fixed well before use. Place and use the device on a dry, even
and non-slip surface. To protect the floor or carpet from damage or discoloration, place a special floor mat under
the unit.
• Inspect and tighten all parts regularly. Replace and worm parts immediately
• Please wear proper clothes and shoes when using this equipment; do not wear clothes that might catch any part
of the equipment.
• Do not attempt any maintenance or adjustments other than those described in this manual. Should any problems
arise, discontinue use and consult an Authorized Service Representative.
• Be careful when step on or leave the pedal always hold the handlebars first. Make the pedal at your side at the
lowest position, step on the pedal, and stride over the main frame then step on the other pedal. When using,
please hold the handlebar by hands, make the pedals running smoothly by push or pull handlebars, then run the
equipment regularly by cooperation of hands and feet. After exercise, please also make one pedal at the lowest
position and leave your foot on the higher pedal first and then another
• Do not use the equipment outdoors.
• This equipment is for household use only.
• Only one person should be on the equipment while in use.
• Keep children and pets away from the equipment while in use. This machine is designed for adults only.
The minimum free space required for safe operation is not less than two meters. If you feel any chest pains,
nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising immediately and consult your physician before
continuing.
• If you want to fold the crosstrainer, then also activate the child protection lock for safety reasons. Turn the safety
turning knob to the right to set the child protection lock. If this is turned to the right, handles and pedals can no
longer be moved. Turning the knob to the left, unlocks the child protection lock again.
• The pulse sensor is not a medical device. Various factors including the user’s movement, may affect the accuracy
of the heart rate readings. The Pulse sensor is intended only as an exercise aid in determining heart rate rends in
general.
• The maximum weight capacity for this product is 150kgs.

ant for people who are over 35 years old or who have pre-existing health problems.
Read all instructions before using any fitness equipment. Do not operate this exercise
equipment without properly fitted guards, as the moving parts can present a risk of seri
