NOTE:
1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step.
2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of
each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts.
STEP 4
Slide the small end of R4 into the pocket of R7.
Insert all four R4 into the pocket of R7.
Insert the small ends of R4 into larger ends of adjacent R4 and align holes.
Note: Elliptical holes face up, round holes face down. See below.
