Set up the top frame by connecting #21 to #20 on all three sides with bolts #B, #P, #R and #S as
shown in Diagram B.
➢
Insert the assembled top frame into the corner sockets on #1, #2, and #3. Secure with
bolts #B, #P, #R, and #S as shown in Diagram C.
➢
Tie the bell (#45) to the bottom of #20 with the strap (#47) as shown in Diagram A.
