Attaching Front and Back Restrain Chain:
To do this all
you have to do is use the swivel snaps and hooks it to the D-
Shackle. The small restrain chain goes in back and the long for
the front.
__7) Inspect
the components:
for sharp edges and if necessary,
file them down and apply touch up paint.
OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
__1) Two people must be present to get the platform into an
operational position.
__2) One person must hold the platform in position while the
other person is placing the wheelchair on the platform.
__3) The long restraining chain must be unsnapped of removed
before placing the wheelchair onto the platform.
__4) Once the chain is unsnapped or removed, and then the front
platform/chain assembly must be unsnapped from the chain
assembly and pulled down.
__5) Once the front platform chain assembly is pulled down, the
wheelchair should be placed or rolled onto the platform (handles
facing long platform/chain assembly).
Note: Make sure the
wheelchair is in a locked position.
Only use the long entry
ramp for entry and exit.
