D. STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION:
1. Fasten seat plate with screws provided. Fasten seat cushion in place with screws
provided (item 2 & 3 as listed in parts list). (See Fig. 1 or 1-1)
2. If the belt is too tight or too loose, loosen the nut A as shown in the diagram first,
then adjust the nut B, if the belt length is too long, adjust downward; if the belt
length is too short, adjust upward. Adjust the belt to the proper position then
tighten the nut A. (See Fig. 2)
Note: the gap between nut A and B has to be within 35mm(1.4").
