CHECKING THE TREADMILL FOR PROPER LUBRICATION
•
Lift one side of the treadmill belt and feel the surface of the running board.
•
If the surface feels moist (slippery), you do not need to lubricate.
•
If the surface feels quite dry and/or if the device begins making unusual noises, you
should apply lubrication.
APPLYING LUBRICATION
•
Lift one side of the treadmill belt.
•
Apply/spray lubricant to the middle of the running board.
•
Turn on the treadmill on the lowest speed level. Wait until the lubricant has been
distributed evenly beneath the belt.
•
Note:
Do not apply too much lubricant. Thoroughly wipe away any excess lubricant
from the sides of the belt.
