5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
• Take all the parts out of the packaging carefully and place them on the floor.
• Be sure there is a safety clearance (mind. 1.5 m) on all sides during assembly.
Step 2: Turn over the preassembled main unit

• Place the product with its padding on a clean surface.
• Unfold the main frame 2.
• Fasten the main frame using 2 small safety pins (24).
• Rotating U-post 4 (12) and make sure align the Main frame 2 (2)’s hole site then lock
the U-post 4 (12) on the Main frame 2 (2) by the bolt (41), washer (51) and nylon
nut (35) end cap the ball nut cover (44) on the bolt (41).
• Lock the L-post(13) on the Main frame 1 (1) and the Main frame 2 (2) by the
Bolt (40), Spring washer and Washer (52).
5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 3: Assemble the stands

•
Mount the large support tube (6) to the upper main frame (2) using one hex screw (45),
one washer (54) and one safety nut (50).
•
Do not over tighten the nut; the support tube should still move slightly.
•
Cover the screw using 2 end caps (34).
•
Insert the large stand (4) into the large support tube (6).
•
Screw the quick lock knob (31) into the corresponding hole and click into place.
•
Unfold the small support tube (7) and fix in this position using a large safety pin (32).
•
Insert the small stand (5) into the small support tube (7) and fasten using a large safety
pin (32).
•
Mount the stand (3) to the lower main frame (1) using 4 carriage bolts (47),
4 washers (53) and 4 safety nuts (50).
•
Cover each safety nut using an end cap (34).
