Q: Can’t create room or join room?
A: Please make sure the internet is connected. Please log out the App and log in again to create room or
join room
Q: How many people can play in a same room?
A: Multi Players mode allow you to create or join a room. Two or more but not more than 5 persons can
play in the same room.
Q: When join a room, the game does not start for long time?
A: In Multi Players mode, no matter in public or private room, only the hoster (room creator) can start the
game.
Q: How many records can I see on the ranking list?
A: You can view the top 200.
Q: My
App is working properly but smart scoreboard is off. What should I do?
A: Please restart the smart scoreboard.
Then please log out the
App and re-connect the Bluetooth. If it
keeps happening, please change the new batteries.
Q: Where can I get an additional user account?
A: Please go the shop function on Hoopshot Online
App and it will guide you to our online shop to
purchase additional user account.
Q: Why can’t get the score when we shot the ball to the right side of scoreboard?
A: Please shoot the ball to the left side of scoreboard.
The right side is for the target goal or the
competitor’s score.
