Operation and maintenance
1)
Check that all parts have been removed from the box.
2)
Fit the handlebar to the frame and screw it together.
3)
Attach the pressurised canister to the relevant bracket and connect the pressure hoses. The line marking
machine is now ready to be filled with paint.
4)
Screw the hand pump to the mixer and use the funnel to fill the canister with the ready-mixed paint as required
(max. 11.0 litres). Stir thoroughly using a stick.
5)
Pressurise the canister to approx. 4.0 bar using the hand pump (see the information on the back) and check
the safety valve.
6)
The line marking machine is now ready for use. Please note that the height of the spray nozzle, or rather the
spray nozzle valve, must be adjusted to suit the length of the grass.
7)
After marking, pour some water into the empty canister, pressurise again and flush the pressure hose including
the spray nozzle valve and nozzle. Then remove the nozzle and the safety valve and store in a small container
filled with water until you want to use them again. This will prevent the parts from becoming clogged. Please
check that the safety valve works every time you use it.
8)
The marking paints are supplied in 15-kg containers. The mixing ratio is indicated on the paint canisters.
