Step 1
First, attach the 4 double swivel castors

to the base panel

(see figure 1).
Use a hammer to lightly knock the 16 coach bolts

into the pre-drilled holes on the base panel. Then attach the
castors using an SW 10 spanner to fix the 16 spring lock washers

and the 16 hexagon nuts

Step 2
Next, attach the handlebar

to the base panel

(see figure 2).
Use a hammer to lightly knock the 4 coach bolts

into the pre-drilled holes on the base panel. Then attach the
handlebar using an SW 13 spanner to fix the 4 spring lock washers

and the 4 hexagon nuts
