Notes: when setting the ID for RS485 cameras, if the camera ID is unknown, there are two methods
to find out, one is from the “MEID_Num” outputs when the camera gets powered up, another is to
issue “get camera ID” command, 0xff from command is the broadcasting ID, which is only valid for
checking/getting ID.
